FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE CARETAKER
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
Strata Corporation in Richmond seeking experienced Maintenance/Handy-person
This is a full-time position at 40 hours weekly at $24.00 per hour.
Job Duties are as follows:
• Interact with Strata Council, Site Staff, Contractors, Residents and Visitors in a professional, polite and helpful manner.
• Work with the Site Office Manager and other full-time Site Caretaker; complete daily log book mentioning what has been done during the day & what time.
• Manage Strata common related repairs that are the responsibility of the Strata for all units.
• On-Going In-Suite Repair Maintenance For Rental Pool Units.
• Perform general handy-person and repair duties including plumbing, drywall repairs, painting, changing lights, light fixtures, timers for lights etc. (common areas and rental suites).
• Must Have Experience.
• Basic plumbing: repair and install supply lines, faucets.
• Assist in up-keep and cleaning of the exterior of the building.
• Strata Building Complex With 5 Buildings and 282 Units.
• Fluency in English written and oral.
