职缺有：

Fire Assay Technician I- Full-time permanent position. No previous experience required, training will be provided.

Afternoon shift available from 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Starting salary at $21/hr and $1 extra afternoon shift differential incentive will be added on top of the base salary.

After probationary period, will be elegible for production bonus average high as $700/month and low as $250/ month.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out fire assay procedures in accordance with documented SOP’s such as fluxing,  fusion, pounding, and cupellation.
• Comply and conform to the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 17025)
• Maintain up-to-date logs of relevant documentation
• Act in a safe and professional manner and wear appropriate attire including the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communicate general laboratory issues to the Fire Assay Supervisor as appropriate
• Ensure proper functioning of fire assay operations by:
  • Monitoring the performance of the instruments
  • Ensuring adequate inventory of laboratory consumable supplies and chemicals
  • Practicing good housekeeping
• Some lifting is required, up to 50lbs
• Perform other duties as required by Management
• Submit to testing for lead exposure on a regular basis
