Lulu Island Winery is looking for a full-time Sales/Marketing Assistant for general responsibilities as follows:

- Assist in the brainstorming, drafting, and executing promotional events and digital campaigns

- Create social content and engage with followers on social media, including WeChat

- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather progress reports

- Write content for press releases

- Maintain and update client database with Sales Manager

- Answer all phone inquiries in a professional manner

- Assist with other general office administration duties: purchasing, filing, etc.

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

- At least 2 years of marketing related experience preferred

- Experiences with online marketing, social media campaign and event coordinating

- Strong verbal communication skills and adequate creative writing skills

- A Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong communication and organization skills, with excellent time management

- Second language preferred (ie. Mandarin or any other language)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent knowledge of marketing computer software and online applications is an asset (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Ad words etc.)

- Ability to work in a team and individually

- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
