Job title:           Case Administrator

You will perform some or all of the following duties and report to the director of the company:

• Have strong customer service orientation, reply promptly  the questions from the  clients, and discuss with the managers whenever necessary
• Writing business plans
• Prepare immigration files and submit to CIC/PNP, such as via, work permit and permanent residence etc.
• Keep track immigration cases on a daily basis
• Translate a variety of written material such as correspondence, financial reports from Chinese language to English
• Revise and correct translated material
• Provide the assistance to the company's managements
• Perform other duties assigned
• Ensure the deadline being made with high quality
• Resolve work-related problems and report to the company's managements whenever necessary
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other departments
• Plan and prioritize daily work
• Work with teams to create SOP(standard of operation) for each immigration category, and monitoring alerts
• Ensure SOP are being followed AND updated when required

Employment requirements:

• Good command of both language English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in Expertise in using Microsoft office
• Able to work in a fast-pace work environment,
• multi-tasking, is able to set priorities when under great pressure
