In this role you will be responsible for developing nutrition & health beef products and ensuring the company’s meets all internal and external requirements of Safe food Handling.

Your recipe for success:

• Thorough understanding and knowledge of the Canadian meat industry
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with QA in a meat or food company
• Ability to bring out the best of different parts of beef with different cooking methods and recipes.
• Experience with meat products procurement and planning
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret legislation related to food business (GMPs, CFIA and HACCP regulations)
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude
