JL concepts produce a huge range of premium aftermarket automotive products and our retail team mainly markets on big online platforms such as Ebay and Amazon.

JOB SUMMARY: Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing customers with friendly, helpful, timely and efficient service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities listed below serve as a general outline. Other duties may be assigned or required to support the success of JL concepts 1. answer customer service phone calls

2. reply customer service emails

3. Answer incoming calls help customer with their order or technical questions

4. handle daily customer service tasks

5. communicate with warehouse about any product problem or questions.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1.High school diploma or equivalent

2.1 year Customer Service and data entry experience ( telephone customer service preferred) 3.Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating System

About the Company and the Job: JL Concepts has been in business in the automotive parts industry for over 15 years. We are looking for the talent to help the company to develop and maintain the website on the Shopify platform while assisting the sales and marketing for the Amazon/Ebay marketplace. You’ll develop improvements for brand recognition and social media marketing. The most important part of this role is the person’s desire to learn and be ambitious. This person may not be an expert at all the responsibilities listed above but must have a tremendous appetite to learn how to do things they don’t know and learn how to do them well. They must have 1+ years of experience in working with at least 50% of the responsibilities listed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central) and other marketplace accounts;

Shopify platform experience

Website content and SEO/SEM/PPC/CPC

Email marketing & CRM (content development and tracking/metrics. Delivery is done by someone else and software)

Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, internet blogs, etc.)

Manage promotional plans and execution with regular reporting

Support sales planning and promotions

Generate AmazonImarketplace e-commerce sales plan on monthly basis

Keep current with trends and changes to Amazon policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned

Requirements (must have):

Minimum of 1 year on Amazon Seller Central OR other marketplaces;

Expert knowledge of Amazon Marketplace, Marketing Services and Shopify platform

Ability to multi-task; detail-oriented; fast learner; well-organized

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Additional skills: Advanced Excel skills

Experience with E-bay, Walmart, and other marketplaces

Experience with Channeladvisor
