Now we are hiring a hard-working Retail Sales Supervisor to join us in a fast-growing company.

Job Description

• Manage and co-ordinate employees include training, recruiting and staff attendance
• Arrange work schedules and sales quota for the sales team and distributors.
• Authorize payments and give permission to merchandise return.
• Deal with daily issues such as inventory shortages and customer complaints.
• Warehousing inventory statistics, analysis and management.
• Report sales performance to the general manager regularly.
• Developing company marketing strategies and setting monthly sales goals.
• Holding keys to open and close the store
• Ensuring the store is clean and elaborated before opening
• Be familiar with designer computer software (e.g. Design 2020)
• Must have at least 2 years related working experience
• Interior Design background is an asset

Job Type: Full-time    40 hour/week

Start date: ASAP

Education: College Diploma is preferable

Annual Salary: $52,000
