會計文員助理

To accommodate the development of our company's business, we are currently hiring an Accounting Clerk as a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the account manager with day-to-day transactions in accounts payable/receivable
• Support financial record-keeping
• Aid in payroll and month-end tasks
• Handle other related daily tasks assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Food distribution accounting experience would be an asset
• Post-secondary degree in Accounting or college diploma is preferred
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as Sage300
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English. Speaking both Cantonese and Mandrin would be an asset
• 2+ years local accounting experience preferred
• Two job references required
