I am looking for someone who can come to my home to listen the gas explosion sound and smell the toxic gas that was pressured into my room everyday day and night.

There is always the gas explosion sound inside the container day and night above my unite at 1321 Richards street in Vancouver. It is about 3 or 4 hours one circle. The people live at # and # keeps run down and up more than 15 times from the midnight to the morning almost everyday. The toxic gas (chemical smell, drugs smell, anesthetic gas, etc.) was pressured into my room from the ceiling and sprinkle everyday. The toxic gas put me to sleep right away although I have two window open all the time. The toxic gas makes me numbness, could not breath, vomit, burn skin, etc. My friend who always went to my home and I could not breath and the heart beat very slow inside my room. I even did not have the energy to sit inside my room at that time.  We went to emergency several times in 2015. At least 9 people heard the strange gas explosion sound inside this building.  Some of them don’t know that there is at least one drug lab inside this building.  Others are afraid to speak out because they don’t want to be kicked out by the building management.  This building owned by the More Than a roof.  The BC government pay some money to run this building.

I reported that there is a drug lab at # -1321 Richards street to Vancouver Police in April of 2015. My neighbor also called the Vancouver Police about the similar noise in 2016. However, the police gave one day advanced notice to the building management before they went to check those two suspicious units which possible involved make the drugs or toxic gas. The police told me that there was no drug lab at #. They lied about it. The under cover RCMP who live in my building, CSIS and the building management know there is drug lab at #807.  They also know the toxic gas was pressured into my room everyday.  The light in my room was cut off when lot of toxic gas was pressured into my room.  Someone also disabled the intercom in my room when they pressured a lot of toxic gas into my room and put me to sleep more than 15 hours.  My friend has to find a way to get into my building to wake me up in the morning occasionally.  The secret camera was installed inside my room since I moved into this building in 2009.  The building management and under cover RCMP and CSIS know everything inside my room.  They always entered my room and brake or stole my personal things when I was not at the home.  They drilled almost all of the locks inside my room.  They damage my food too.  They put something has the drug smell inside my room sometimes.  They purposely set me up.  I have never seen or use the drugs.

After two years investigation, the police and the building management still didn't do anything about the drug lab. I have to call the police again because the toxic gas made my body so numbness when I wake up in the morning. The police still didn't go to catch the people who make the drug and toxic gas. They wanted to take me to the mental doctor to cover up the drug lab.

There were 5 people dead in my building. More than 20 people were picked up by the ambulance. Some people said that there were 6 people dead in another building (1338 Seymour street) which managed by the same group people. The ambulance went to that building quiet often too. Some people said that there were 5 people dead in one month in another building (sun set towel) which they bought this year. Could you investigate how many building staffs are under cover officers? Do they have the connection with the high rank RCMP, CSIS, or other country's agency?

I am a victim of the RCMP false accusations more than 17 years. My room and myself are under surveillance by the RCMP and CSIS more than 17 years. The people who works in my case keeps making false accusations and fake evidence. I have 120 witness names (most of them are under cover officers) and 10 police budge numbers. They said that the people who are in charge my case in RCMP and CSIS are mental. They said that they could not write me the affidavit against their bosses because they will loose their jobs. But they could be my witness if they were called to the court. I was told that the people in charge my case in RCMP and CSIS in Quebec and Toronto. The person who lives above me and pressured the toxic into my room everyday belong to a group who watch me. She said that she came from Toronto. Does she has the connection with the high rank RCMP or CSIS?

I met the mayor who is in charge of the Vancouver police on the street on May 11 of 2017, I told Mr. Gregor Robertson that there is a drug lab above my unit at 1321 Richards street in Vancouver. I also told Mr. Gregor Robertson that the toxic gas keeps pressured into my room from the ceiling everyday. However the gas explosion sound still happen everyday during the day and night. The toxic gas still pressured into my room everyday. The tape water still has the chemical smell or drug smell sometimes. The gas explosion sound woke me up in the night.  Then a lot of toxic gas was pressured into my room and put me to sleep right away.  After a few hours it happened again, day and the night repeated everyday. The BC housing refused me to transfer to other building because my family doctor and the police did not write me a report about the drug lab.  Everybody are afraid of the police and the drug maker.  Should innocent suspect being used as a laboratory rat? Is this animal cruel?

Who is in charge my case in RCMP and CSIS? Should innocent suspect being used as the laboratory rat? You are welcome to come to my room and listen the gas explosion sound. Please sent someone who looks silly or mental to find out what is going on inside these buildings. They could not deny it if I have the witness. I know where to get the machine to test the toxic gas and the tap water. But I don't have the money to buy them. Should city of the Vancouver get the machine that is test the toxic gas for the police? So, the police can catch the drug maker easily.

Should resident building being used as a drug lab?  Should the government seize the building if the building management did not do anything to stop the drug lab inside their buildings?  Should the police sent the informants of the drug lab to the mental doctors to cover up the drug labs?

Does the RCMP and CSIS have right to dispose the innocent suspects?  Does the mental doctors have the right to use innocent suspects as the laboratory rat to do their stress tests?  Did more than 260 suspects who were under the police surveillance were killed in past 12 years?  Who can kill the suspects under the police surveillance without being caught?  Should the innocent Canadian suspects have the basic human right to live inside the home safely? 

Attached photo shows that my leg was swollen after I washed it with the tap water inside my room.  Another tenant's leg was turned red and swollen too in the same building.

Is there justice in Canada?
