防水施工学徒

要求应聘者对工作认真负责,体力好。对工作态度一丝不苟,有团队精神。有一定的英文交流能力优先考虑。

3个月试用期(起薪$18+),转正后公司提供3年课程培训帮助完成行业内资质认证。全年性工作(不是季节行业)主要提供大型商业物业学校政府工程的防水类别服务。工作满一年公司会提供团体保险以及个人家庭医疗计划。

公司另诚招有经验屋顶防水工数名,经考核录用后仍提供政府行业认证课程培训, 工资面议。 公司会实时地提供最新的免费技术培训。 

招聘3名铁皮施工工人, 会做各种铁皮产品或有类似的安装,掰折经验。

建筑施工工人,要求应聘者对工作认真负责,体力好。对工作态度一丝不苟,有团队精神。有一定的英文交流能力优先考虑。

POSITION TITLE:  ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT  (FULL-TIME) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Customer Service
  • Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter the office
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Answer daily telephone calls and transfer calls
  1. Office Administration
  • Perform basic office duties including filing, scanning, copying, faxing, emailing, etc.
  • Receive, sort and send out daily mail/email/deliveries/couriers
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Organizing meetings and company events
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  1. Operational Support
  • Maintain a pleasing and tidy environment of office
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  1. Teamwork
  • Assist Bookkeeper when required
  • Provide additional basic administrative duties as required by office manager
  • Other projects or related-work as assigned

Decision Making & Freedom to Act:

Under general supervision guided by established standards and procedures. Work is varied and occasionally complex; judgement is required in choosing among a wide variety of guidelines.

Core Occupational Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent customer service skills, friendliness and respect for confidentiality

  • Ability to take initiative and do research
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented, including sufficient knowledge of spelling and grammar to accurately proofread documents
  • Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment
  • Basic math and data entry skills and minimum 60 wpm tying speed
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge/experience in the construction industry as Asset

Education & Experience

Completion of a college diploma program in business administration or related field with 1 year of customer service experience or courses in business with at least 2 years of experience as customer service clerk/rep.

POSITION TITLE:  SERVICE SPECIALIST (SALES) (FULL TIME)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Selling Products & Services
  • Maintain a strong understanding about products and services, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions
  • Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
  • Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct post-sale follow ups to assess and assist customers with any problem or inquiry
  1. Sales Plan & Sales Report
  • Prepare and develop sales plans and sales reports
  • Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach sales goals for product revenue to increase profitability
  • Draft contracts and oversee project agreements
  • Manage pricing and sales data
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Attend sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles
  1. Building Relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
  • Work closely with operations and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
