代理加拿大各金融机构之基金和保险产品， 因业务发展迅速，现正招聘全职助理一名 。

Job Description:

- Answering phone calls/emails professionally

- Scheduling appointments 

- Communicating with clients / fund companies / insurance companies

- Paperwork, processing applications and filing

- Preparing presentation materiels and seminar coordination

- Other admin job related

Requirements:

- Proficient in written English, fluent in spoken English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)

- High attention/responsibility to details

- Experienced in computer operation particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Good at communication skill

Regular work hours:  Monday-Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
