Witness needed for Car accident on Jan 5 2015 10:45am near burnaby campus (at Willingdon and Sanderson)
A grey Volvo on Willingdon turning left got hit by a silver Toyota speeding toward red light. Now ICBC says if i don't find the witness to prove That Toyota is crossing toward red light, then i am in serious trouble.
