招聘全职助理，工资组合：底薪 + 奖金

代理加拿大各金融机构之基金和保险产品， 因业务发展迅速，现正招聘全职助理一名 。

Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls/emails/SMS and Wechat messages professionally.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinate accordingly.
- Communicating with clients, fund companies, insurance companies and councils.
- Preparing, processing, filing applications and follow up to ensure everything is done properly.
- Prepare and edit marketing advertisements and maintain Wechat platform.
- Prepare/coordinate marketing/seminar presentation materials and look for new clients.
- Client services to assist clients' application and ensure everything goes smoothly.
- Set up all admin/paperwork/client service and marketing procedures. 
- Prepare working reports required by Company Director.

Requirements:

- Proficient in written English, fluent in spoken English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
- High attention/responsibility to details
- Experienced in computer operation particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good at communication skill
