现招募公司前台兼行政人员,具体如下:
职务内容:
- 对所有来访客人做好接待、登记、引导工作,及时通知被访人员;
- 协助主管做好公司各部门之间的协调工作,积极完成上级交办的临时事务。
- 信件与电子邮件的收取与发送
- 良好的客户沟通技巧,多任务处理能力
- 确保门店的正常运营,拥有临时突发事件的应变处理能力
职务要求:
- 限女性,形象好气质佳,25-35岁,身高160cm以上为最佳
- 良好的英语听说读写能力,流利国语,粤语为加分项
- 一年以上相关经验为最佳
- 有很强的责任心,积极主动协助主管完成各项事宜
- 较好的抗压能力,适应多任务处理的工作环境。
- 精通word/excel/ppt/等各类office 办公软件

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Provide information to customers and realtors as required;
- Maintain employee and departmental directories;
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
- Assist various departments as required.
Qualifications:
- Age:25-35 years old, height:160cm or more
- 1+ years local experience in reception is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin or Cantonese;
- Superior phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and general office procedures;
- Outstanding Microsoft Office/Google Skills including Word/Doc, Excel/Sheet and Outlook;
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure;
- Hard work, and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
