We are a fast growing distributor of restaurant supplies and PPE with a base in Richmond BC

Key responsibilities:

  • Performs clerical & administrative duties
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email in a professional manner
  • Assist with invoicing and quotations in the system
  • Performs basic bookkeeping duties
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Operating office equipment like photocopier, voicemail system and fax machine

Qualifications:

  • High School or above
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Great work ethic, high initiative, self-motivation and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-tasking, good time management skills, detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate a high-level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry
  • Effective problems solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Photoshop
  • Communicate effectively in both written and oral English
  • Fluent in Cantonese an asset
  • Good knowledge of QuickBooks (Preferred)
