Responsibilities:
1. Understand the target markets, including immigration policies, industry trends, projects, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract new prospects.
2. Build and execute plans focused on new business development in a defined list or a designated area.
3. Maintain relationships with current business channels and identify new prospects.
4. Research prospective business opportunities, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
5. Professionally and effectively communicate with new prospects through phone calls, presentations, written proposals, and regular business correspondence.
6. Develop and implement marketing campaigns together with existing business partners to generate business opportunities or help them to attract clients.
7. Collaborate with another department to ensure the satisfaction of business partners.

Requirements:
1. Applicants must be able to read and write mandarin
2. Ability to work independently
3. Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
4. At least one year of experience in BD or Sales related work.
5. Have a car is an asset
