Inside Sales Account Manager / New Business Development Manager

AGL is where engineering meets passion! As an inside sales account manager, you will deliver optimized business solutions to our customers with differentiated services and products.

(1) B2B Inside Sales Account Manager

Position Responsibilities

-     Manage and grow existing accounts in a large, pre-existing customer base

-     Leverage and grow our diverse catalog of more than 1000 different products

-     Offer exceptional sales and post sales support to our global customer base

-     Close collaboration with our suppliers overseas

-     Inventory control

-     Work closely with our engineering team to resolve any QA issues and improve the overall user experience of our products

Minimum Requirements

-     Good communication in both Chinese and English

-     Bachelor’s degree

-     Some sales or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary

-     Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to the USA and internationally for conferences/tradeshows

(2)B2B New Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

-      Lead generation through implementing various inbound and outbound marketing strategies

-      Prospecting new accounts, and develop a strong sales pipeline

-      High level of comfort with cold calling, or visits

-      Maintaining our homegrown CRM, with strong attention to detail

-      Willing to innovate and experiment with various sales hacking and growth tactics

-      Highly motivated and aggressive in achieving or exceeding our sales goals

Minimum Requirements

-     Good communication in both Chinese and English

-     Bachelor’s degree

-     Previous inside sales or outside sales experience is preferred but not necessary

-     Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to the USA and internationally for conferences/tradeshows
