Receptionist / Sales Assistant

Aecolux is a manufacturer that has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and developing Electronics and LED lighting products, for the Australian and European Market. We just opened our Richmond office in May and seeks to build up a Brand in the North American market.

Aecolux Lighting Technology is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Sales Assistant.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively seeking out potential clients.
• Ability to make calls to potential clients and arrange meetings with decision makers.
• Prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
• Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Documenting & handling orders.
• Willing to learn about the products & demonstrate the showroom.
• Handling office errands.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to arrange new meetings, and make scheduling arrangement for the sales team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
