Evercreek Investment Group Ltd, which located at Burnaby, BC, is a Camp planning company for Chinese youth.  We are a start-up company which focus on marketing in China and organizing Chinese youth come here for summer camp and winter camp. We will host a variety of camp such as traditional summer camp, hockey camp, kayak camp, skiing camp etc.

Right now we are looking for a General Manager Assistant.

General Manager Assistant 

Terms of employment: Permanent (Full time )
Start date:  As soon as possible

The position starts with a probationary 3-month period with a performance review conducted at the end to discuss options.

Job Description

• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Set appointments to present our program solutions in a sit-down meeting
• Develop targeted leads lists and utilize the company’s email prospecting tool to launch sales outreach programs;
• Coordinate with General Manager in planning short and long term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
• Develop and implement staffing and business plans to achieve business target.
• Manage direct reporting to General Manager related to financial, business, and administration matters.
• Some tasks that the CEO required;
• Contact local resourcesfor future event or summer camp

Skills and Experience

• A Degree in Business, Sales and/or Marketing is preferred
• UBC and SFU gradate students are preferred
• Experienced in school club activities
• High Proficiency with the use of technology – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email
• Strong Communicationand writing skills
• Self-starter, able to work under minimal supervision
• Positive attitude
• must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Must fluent in Mandarin and English

We are conveniently located by the Metrotown Skytrain Station.

The office hours will be Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM, however, some after hour work may be required.
