We are looking for an Administrative Assistant

Senniyo Beauty Group is a fast growing Beauty wellness that focuses on teamwork to provide our customers with the high tech beauty care, body slimming and customer service.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant

Work need :

- Knowledge/experience in the beauty field

- can do basic web design and managing social media

Day- to-day responsibilities would include:

- Arrangement media, advertisement, radio

- Providing the highest standard of customer service

- Answering incoming calls

- Email correspondence

- Scheduling, cancelling, rebooking appointments

- to help colleague to Maintaining high standard of organization and cleanliness throughout the beauty place

- to learn latest beauty high technology

Ideal candidate:

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Have experience in customer service and/or administration

- Ability to multi-task

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Comfortable with Mac and Microsoft Suite

- Friendly demeanour with a desire to help colleague
