Primary responsibilities are to provide administrative and marketing assistant to the Advisor, which include but not limited to: - Managing outgoing telephone and email communications with prospects, brokers and other stakeholders - Scheduling and coordinating calendar appointments for the Advisor and managing travel arrangements - Preparing meeting agenda, processing minutes or recap, tracking action items and reporting on progress - Preparing and following up correspondence, presentations, proposals - Assisting with lecture, forum and other marketing events - Handling business applications and relevant paperwork - Staying informed of market updates and regulations, assist with marketing material -Other ad-hoc assignments Requirements: - Passionate about helping others and achieving success - Experienced in administrative & sales work, such as telemarketing and customer service - Proven written and verbal communication skills - Organized and detail-oriented - Teamwork skills - Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office - Have ready access to a car - Life-licensed candidate a plus - Fluency in Cantonese & Mandarin an asset Remuneration & Benefits: - Subject to qualifications and experience - Health & dental benefits available - Career opportunities to develop into a management role Remarks: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview
