Bought to replace bedroom TV

My 3rd TCL Smart 55 inch tv.. Perfect working, perfect everything.  Dont listen to these uncaring 1 star whine bags. i guarantee you they did something wrong. Wal-Mart is the best on returns,  best on getting a deal, best always. I logged on, bought one, then later another with a friend.  No issues at all. Wasnt even trying. Both ( now 4) my TCL's connect screenshare effortlessly,  have the best downloaded channels, and the best $200 (×2) ive spent! Go cry a river you 1 or 2 stars 🤣

Awesome Walmart TV Deal! TCL AWESOME!

Seriously, for the BF special price $188 you cannot go wrong with this tv. This tv is absolutely one of the most user friendly, intuitive setup, "smart" tvs I've ever had. My review is partly a side by side comparison of a 58" Vizio, as I inadvertently ordered both tvs when the Walmart app showed this one unavailable 4min after the early access sale started. Luckily, it was a glitch or something and I got one of these gems.
But, since the Vizio(even tho I requested it canceled just minutes after ordering), arrived 1st I went ahead and hooked it up. And let me just say, Vizio really needs to get it's crap together and stop trying to "create" theirs own OS, it completely sucks in comparison to other platforms(apple, android, firetv, roku, etc), less than 4hrs after getting the Vizio setup and going along I'm sitting here hitting buttons on remote and nothing, notta, Vizio is completely froze up on a menu screen!! No response from remote buttons, no response from the controls on side of tv, nothing. So, now me and my no lumbar disc(bottom 4), has to lift n slide away my entertainment cabinet to unplug this NEW tv, to get it to reset. Well between that and the non-user friendly OS, my original decision to keep it(at twice the cost for a mere 3" more), became greatly in question! Thus, the next am the switchout was on and I am now very pleased that stupid vizio locked up.
From the moment I turned this TCL on and it completely and smoothly guided me thru every part of the setup, to now as I sit here watching my live antenna feed that was sweetly integrated into the Roku free streaming channel guide, I was sold!! My previous 65" tv was also a Vizio, I cut the cord several years back because honestly between all the free, or pay streaming apps and a decent digital antenna paying for dish equipment just seemed ridiculous! Now, if I haven't lost you, let me bring this around to relevance. See I've NEVER been able to get programming info thru vizio's antenna tuner setup, with these channels(I can often pickup 30-40 local stations), but this TCL w/roku that again integrated antenna tv into it's guide, actually has the local stations guide right there!!
This tv is truly smart too, as it adapts to what I'm watching and gives me tips for unique and improved features. Like, one day I was re-searching for tuner channels, after it finished a message pops up, "try adding a memory stick in usb port to for the ability to pause live tv", so I did and it'stotally awesome. Yep, thats right, no more kidney straining for me when the live football/etc game is getting good and I can even rewind or go forward(once I've been watching or paused for the ff)!
And the picture quality is excellent as well, very adjustable and adaptable(automatic game mode when PS4 is on).
Obviously it's too early to speak on long term use and to all the low ☆ reviews here, please note folks, this tv is new, a 2022 model, reviewing a tv/model you bought in 2019 isn't really relevant, is it?

Wow!! Absolutely love this tv!

It has a slight curve on the bottom but on top has a bend in it that looks unintentional.  The box was in good shape so it seems like a factory defect.  I was very careful handling it and it isn't flimsy.

Very nice TV but bent

Had problems since I first plugged it in and it did not start correctly. I change the batteries multiple times did not set up correctly at all have yet to be able to even view the TV beside the menu and even that is not working correctly thoroughly angry.

Don't working

The walmart delivery driver had this tv in a small sedan car, half in the trunk and half in the cab. It was screen down with other walmart delivery boxes on top. After unboxing it, I spotted scuff marks on the lower right corner, along the bottom, the along the left side and from the corner about three inches in along the top. Most of these spots should've been encased in the hard foam packaging that TV's are delivered in. The marks almost look like fingerprints but, using a camera lens cleaning cloth they would not clear. I have no idea what caused the marks but, would like a replacement. Only now that the sale is over and the item is sold out I doubt that is a choice.

Receiving a screen with scuff marks is a major let down. I had high hopes to enjoy this yet, this is another Black Friday sale where Walmart has ruined my purchase. Last year I bought three of the same 75" TV's at seperate times and all three were in beat to death boxes. I didn't even try to remove them and see what the damage was inside. Only had the choice to return, not exchange.

Walmart is desperately in need of hiring warehouse, store and delivery driver employees that take pride in what they do, are knowledgeable and take care of the merchandise. It should be common knowledge that you should never lay a flat screen with the screen down and never stack boxes on top. That's just asking for trouble. 

Buyer beware, you are better off picking something like a TV up yourself. That doesn't guarantee that it wasn't damaged in a 18 wheelers trailer in commute. I've worked on a dock and have seen  TV's not secured in Walmart trailers that were tossed around like a deck of cards. Ive also seen a TV that had a unsecured canoe pierced in it resembling a dart in a dartboard. In the past the DFW walmart warehouse did not care how they loaded a trailer, that may still be the case. Remember you take your chances when you order high dollar TV'S. In this day and age, no one is going to take more care of your purchase than yourself.

Black Friday disappointment, item sold out now

the tv came damaged. During setup, it was obvious the screen had discolorations even while off. Upon turning it on, you can see it shattered on one side. It's a beautiful tv, especially for the price. It's just sad that it game damaged.

I received this tv 11/11/22. I didn't open until today.  My friend was looking at this brand and asked me to open to see how picture was. Well, when I opened it, I noticed a dent on the back. I thought, maybe that's the design. I connected the tv and there were all the cracks.  I will never purchase a tv and have it delivered again.

TV Broken

I bought the TV and the box arrived opened, with no cables. I request help with Customer Service, and I need to return the item and wait for the refund. Only time lost with it. 
Customer service 0 help.

Box openned and cables (remote control) missing

I've only had this TV for 6 months. I tried to watch it today and the screen is too dark to see.

I would like to request a return/ refund.
