A Vancouver based small-size (below 50 suits) high-rise building is seeking an experienced Building Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in rental advertisement
• Show suites to prospective tenants
• Oversee the timely collection of rental income
• Maintain the physical appearance of the building and grounds
• Perform light maintenance and repairs
• General, regular cleaning of the property common areas
• Provide prompt service-oriented response to tenant concerns
• Arrange for and monitor garbage disposal
• Attend to emergencies
• Prepare reports, as required
Qualifications:
• Good English and Mandarin language communication skills
• Self-starter and able to work effectively without being constantly supervised
• Skilled to do general maintenance and repairs
• Previous experience in property management
• Holding Rental Property Management license will be an asset

This is a full-time position mainly working on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. -- 6:00 p.m., with availability on some weekends and evenings as required.
