Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Strong language skills with abilities to adjust key words and phrases used for different social media platforms. A successful candidate must also be able to produce different articles on media platforms and these platforms are not limited to Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Familiar with the functionality of different social media platforms with the ability to gain high levels of exposure for the company.
• Creates comprehensive and integrated digital marketing strategies on multiple social media channels and be responsible for growing Oh More’s followers, engaging and retaining them, and helping convert them into leads, members, and active fans and views
• Be a digital native and understand the trends and history of the online platforms. Command of best practices and trends in social platform, maximize the exposure in order to increase the rank on social media and web search
• Be familiar with the top online influences on each of these social media platforms, and the ability to collaborate or form strategic partnership with them. Come up with innovative audience participation campaigns and strategies to expose the branding of our sponsors, partners and give exclusive Oh More experience to our followers. Ability to create and maintain discussion forums, and offline physical in person events and engagement campaigns.
• Responsible for working with popular apps, online star, professional BBS, establishing and maintaining our partnership with local physical display channel
• Planning and goal setting, including the development of a social media marketing plan to include:
• Content strategy
• Promotion strategy
• Engagement strategy
• ROI assessment strategy to include KPIs, (audience growth, profile, and engagement as well as content reach, response rate and quality).
• Creating and publishing relevant, original, high-quality content and managing all published content (images, video and written),

Requirements:

• High emotional intelligence and social skills in addition to having a large network. Years of experience working in social media with a proven track record is preferred
• Must be able to written with both traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrable expertise of data-based reporting and analytics for digital channels.
• Created and maintained relationships via social media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and others. Growing the Brand Voice through authentic, creative, witty, and personal responses.
• Constant learner, confident, effective communicator, strong teamwork skills and business savvy including negotiation ability

Monthly salary $2500-5000
