适合人群：  政府资助的青少年领导才能培训项目，15到29岁；  不同族裔； 针对永久居民；

不收任何费用 ；提供每次车票； 每次有健康的零食 水果和 饮品 供孩子们享用

时间： 共 12周（1月12号-3月30号）  ； 每周五下午两个小时   4 到6点

形式： 全英文  户外和户内活动 （寓教于乐  不枯燥）

内容：  每周不同话题， 包括当地生活及文化 运动     健康 食物  网络安全   理财   语言沟通能力   压力处理  义工机会  怎样寻找兼职工作（面试  简历等）

证书： 项目完成后，  发Richmond 多元文化中心的证书，对将来申请大学非常有用
