RAMADA INN-Kamloops is hiring Marketing Manager

Work location: Kamloops, B.C.

Position: Marketing Manager (NOC 0124)

Wage: $40 per hour, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duties:

• Outlines the company’s advantage and disadvantage and set out the advertising plan
• Initiate the market research studies, collect the related data and analyze the survey, make evaluation report
• Develop the marketing strategies according to maximize the benefit of company expansion
• Implement analytics, testing strategies and continuously optimize campaigns through different types of media to increase the annual sales of company
• Establish the e-business network, implement the communication strategies with other departments and maintain the relationship with other media company or organization.
• Prose strategies to generate new, quality leads that will attract visitors and increase sales
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• At least three years in related work experience
• University degree is required
• Attention to detail
• Delivers a high degree of customer service
• Able to make sound decisions and recommendations, meet deadlines and take direction
• Solid understanding of marketing practices
