Position: Reception

Location: Richmond

Job Status: Full-time only

Company description: Loyaleaf is a Canadian financial service company specialized in providing excellent financial investment and insurance products advisories and services.

Responsible:

-Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, etc.

-Scheduling and appointments

-Greeting and directing visitors

-Set up office in the morning

-Receiving and mailing on the daily basis

-Provide administrative support and other administrative duties

-Actively supports and participates in firm-wide initiatives

Qualification:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

-A strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

-proficient in written English, fluent in spoken English and Mandarin

-experienced in computer operation particularly MS Word, Excel, PPT,PDF

 Regular work hours: Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm
